Our scanner verifies individual buttons and pages, but doesn't yet track full multi-step flows (like add-to-cart → checkout) unless you set up a Recorded Journey for that flow.
When you force-resolve an incident, we re-verify that the page is reachable, not full functional correctness - we re-open it automatically if it's still broken.
A page shown as unverified looked healthy but its interactive check couldn't run this pass; treat it as "not confirmed", not "confirmed good".
An anon session flag means the configured login session was missing/expired, so that check ran logged-out.
AI explanations (Explain / Fix) are best-effort summaries from available evidence, not a guaranteed root cause.
